By registering with 365 Placement Solutions as a candidate, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at all times • Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal details or right to work status • Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience or eligibility to work in the UK • Comply with the rules and requirements of any client site you are placed at • Notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a placement We reserve the right to remove candidates from our register if they provide false information or breach these terms.

By engaging 365 Placement Solutions to supply workers, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about the role, site conditions and any specific requirements • Ensure the working environment complies with all applicable health and safety legislation • Notify us promptly of any changes to requirements or if a worker is no longer required • Pay our invoices within the agreed payment terms • Not directly engage any worker introduced by us without our prior written consent during the restriction period set out in our commercial agreement Full commercial terms are set out in our separate Client Services Agreement.
